CONDITIONS

As an artist, you receive the reduced rate of €650 instead of the regular €850. An exhibition lasting less than 5 days does not grant a discount. As an artist, you are solely responsible for design, maintaining your stand and your images. You can hire someone else to look after your stand. You may only exhibit artworks of which you are the author and own all copyrights.

 

Free cancellation possible until April 30, 2024. Cancellations from May 1, 2024 to May 30, 2024 are entitled to a 30% refund. No refund after May 30, 2024.

 

It is an exhibition space of 9 square meters. No commissions will be charged for sales made during the show.

 

The exhibition, setup, and dismantling plan and stand location will be sent out no later than two months before the trade fair.

 

Participation in the networking event is free if you book an exhibition space by February 20, 2024
