Location - Duration - Opening times: The BIZMEETSART MESSE 2023 will take place from Saturday September 9th to Tuesday September 12th, 2023 in the JUPITER building at Mönckebergstraße 2-4, 20095 Hamburg. It is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 21:30 p.m. Admission for exhibitors: from 10:00 a.m

​The opening of the exhibition will take place on September 8, 2023 from 17:30 p.m. to 21:30 p.m.

SUMMARY OF TERMS

​

The fee for an exhibition space in the fair is €350. It is an exhibition wall surface of 9 square meters (quadratic 3x3x3x3 Meters). An exhibition lasting less than 5 days does not grant a discount. You alone are responsible for looking after your stand and your exhibits.

 

Free cancellation possible until April 30, 2023. No refund after April 30, 2023.

Please let us know by e-mail at the latest whether you are bringing your own stand and which goods you would like to exhibit.

The exhibition plan and stand location will be sent out no later than two months before the trade fair. The design of the exhibition area with art exhibits is carried out by the company. The design must take place on 08.09.2023 between 09:00 and 14:00. Dismantling must take place no later than September 12, 2023 between 10:00 a.m. and 15:00 p.m.

 

If you book an exhibition space, you will receive a discount of EUR 111 for the networking event.
